Job Shadowing Opportunities through Erasmus+ KA1

Our Organisation is pleased to welcome visitors for Job Shadowing as part of Erasmus+ KA1 mobility projects.
Job Shadowing is a hands-on learning experience where participants observe professionals in their workplace to gain a deeper understanding of their daily activities, responsibilities, and working environment. It’s a short-term and informal form of learning – ideal for teachers, artists, students, and cultural professionals who want to explore how artistic education is applied in real-life settings.
What you can observe at CySEA:
- The design and implementation of artistic and educational programmes for all age groups
- Workshops led by professional artists, educators, and craftspeople
- Organisation and coordination of national and European arts education initiatives
- Participation in team meetings and insight into our collaborations with schools, municipalities, and cultural institutions
- Development of guides and support materials for arts education programmes
- Observation of inclusive and therapeutic approaches through the arts (art therapy)
- Visits to cultural venues, museums, and public spaces as part of our educational network
- Interaction with students, researchers, and educators in the fields of arts education and the humanities
