How to Place an Order
You can browse all available products in the collection displayed on our website.
To place your order:
- Fill out the order form found next to each product or on the relevant page.
- Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with all necessary details (product, quantity, final price, shipping costs, etc.).
- Proceed with payment (see Payment Methods).
Your order will be processed only after it has been confirmed by the KOET team and payment has been received.
Payment Method
Payments are made via bank transfer only — not directly through the website.
Payment details will be sent to you with your order confirmation.
Please make sure to include your full name and order number in the payment reference.
Your order will be dispatched only after payment confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 3–7 working days following payment confirmation.
Delivery options:
- Via partner courier service
- Collection from KOET premises (by prior arrangement)
Shipping costs:
These are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be included in the email confirmation you receive.
International shipping is available upon request and prior arrangement.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
All our products are created with care and attention to detail. If, however, an issue arises, we are here to help.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of a defective item, and within 14 days of receipt.
The product must be returned in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.
